While there is plenty of male/male interactions, the playable character is verbosely pansexual (frequently mentioning boobs, etc) and must have sexual interactions with women to continue the plot.
So if you're looking for a game that lets you pick to engage with only elements you like- this is not it. Definitely a game for people who want a piece of everything.

A fun idea I fantasize about... getting to actually get trapped in Jin's clothing, but she agrees to putting on a dress over you to hide you. She goes about her daily routines, maybe even talking to the Yakuza boss with you inside. Similar to the cobra lady, you have to avoid cumming while in her clothes, or she just absorbs you~

Which is why so far there is a cheat that max out all previous relationships on each update

2 months ago, and you can read the patch notes. If you've been getting your versions elsewhere that might have updated recently... why bother? This is both free and by necessity the most up to date version.

I like the borderline femboy look of Melo. Though I'd like for him to be the hyper going around eating people. Would be nice. Buuuuut, I can't be too upset about it, because if there was ever a genre where being prey actually fits (and isn't lazy AF), it would be a visual novel. That being said. This game is like one of Barnum's Circuses; something for everyone, as evident by the (in Dracula's emphasis) humans.
I'm starting to wonder if this Body Modification stuff has to do with the snake transformation. Would be fitting, since I wanna see Shakir react to that~
